New in town. On Saturday afternoon, stopped in for a beer and a bite. Bartender acted like she hares her job. No attempt to engage or smile. Finished my beer and immediately got the expected -- want another? Uh, no. Bill came and she charged me for two beers. No tip and never going back. Not the first time in just 2 weeks in HB. Managers aren't doing their job or something else?

Enjoyed watching the US Men's Soccer team with my friends. The manager set us up by the pool tables so we could have sound. Great service throughout the evening! We always get good and friendly service.
