Michael returned my emergency call extremely fast. He was here within an hour on a Saturday evening. He was able to get the heat working right away on an evening that the tempitures were suppose to go down into the single digits.
Michael took the time and thought to figure out a bizarre problem with our furnace
Several contractors gave me quotes for bare bones units without really understanding our needs. Michaels took the time to find out what we wanted/needed and gave us a detailed quote. It was the right system at the right price. Very thorough and excellent workmanship. You can tell he has the experience! Many of these kids look like they just graduated from HVAC school.
Good service
Diagnose was attempted. Noticed low freon and attempted to add freon to a frozen ac unit. There was a service call fee of $160 which I felt was high.
Business response:
The customers bill was 140.00 not 160.00. We spent 3 hrs trying to get the mans A/C going but because the unit had been run for so long without turning it off, the ice buildup was like an iceberg. We ran his blower motor so the return air would help melt his coil. After his suction line was thawed, an attempt was made to add Freon to raise the vapor absorption temp in order to melt the rest.
