He was one and a half hours late. He was at my house for two hours. Put 2 lbs. of freon in my AC. He gave me a break since he was late. It seems to have taken care of the problem.
He came out and did a very thorough job cleaning and checking out both my geothermal heat pump and a mini split system. Knowledgeable and took time to ask questions and explain things. Did NOT try and sell me on things I didn?t need which I appreciate.
Excellent service. He came and took care of my furnace problems and got me up and running the same day.
I was told that they would be here after 1pm. Did not arrive until 3:40 pm. A simple phone call to let me know a more accurate arrival time would have been appreciated. The serviceman was in the basement sitting in front of the furnace for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Once he came up from the basement I was told that the charge would be $275.00. The invoice I was given did not list any parts so I am to assume that the charge was entirely labor. Based upon how long he was here that comes out to $100 per hour. Yep I just happened to have the part with me. I carry 3 types which are pretty universal. By the way your furnace is a Nordyne. We said we would be there after 1pm so 3pm is after 1. You failed to mention that your Flame Roll out Snap disk or Limit Switch was rusted from condensate dripping out of the flue right on the limit! I replaced the terminal and cleaned up the switch terminal with a piece of sandpaper. Did a great job
He tried to get me to pay without an invoice. Took very long to complete job, he overcharged and I wouldn't recommend the company to anyone.

I use a flat rate book when invoicing. where do you get your price list.
He came in and did what needed to be done.
The quality was very good and he was very honest and open about what the issue was. I was comfortable with him doing the work for me!
