He arrived on time with very short notice. He was very friendly, did an excellent job and charged me a very fair price. I would definitely use him again.
Tech arrived on schedule and was friendly and personable fixed the problem without gouging me on the price. He is now my new AC guy!
Quoted one price then changed it after the work was done. The problem is still not fixed after several trips.

Price quoted was for a service call which is the same for everyone. 100.00 or 50.00 if I am asked to go ahead and fix it plus the cost for whatever is wrong. (consumer name withheld per their request.) figured I was supposed to fix his furnace for fifty dollars. The furnace has seen zero maintenance since it has been installed some 20 yrs ago. Great job, fair pricing
Mike is a very good hvac tech. Repair parts were hard to find and took longer to get the job done. The service costs were low. All in all a good job.

Be specific about expectations
Extremely nice and great job and price. Others want to overcharge . I would like others in the st Charles area to call him first.
He repaired my fan and did not check for cooling and had to come back and change the compressor contactor. Did not demostrate prior knowledge of geothermal systems.
