Disappointed. Salesman wrote down wrong floor for bathroom. Let them put kitchen floor down and got right bathroom floor ordered. Took several weeks to get in. Set up appointment, had my worker take up toilet, but they never showed up. They didn't even bother to call. They kept putting me off like everyone else's floor was more important than mine. Finally got floor in, but nothing to compensate for my worker or tenant.
Terrible service. Don’t use them for anything to do with hardwood. Poor quality and lousy subcontractor for refinishing. Their subcontract carpet installers were good after a bit of a rough start. I look at the reviews below and have to think it’s friends and family because of our experience. We wanted to go with another company we have used numerous times but they were too busy and couldn’t meet our schedule. Probably should have been a warning sign that Michael’s could.
