We have gone to Michael's Flooring for most of our flooring needs. We have also received courteous and friendly service with them and will continue to use. They have always tried to meet our needs for any flooring we have chosen. They are friendly and helpful. All the guys from sale rep to measuring to installing have been great to work with.

This is the 5th room we have used Michael's for, and as always, the experience was excellent. Our sales rep (sorry for a lack of names, I don't have the cards on me) was very professional, listened to what we wanted to do, pointed us in a direction that would let us achieve the results we wanted and would save us money, and got us through the sales process quickly. Eric and Vince were super great installing my new bathroom floors . Brian is a great salesman who knows all his products. He helped me choose my floor and had patience with me during my decision. I also appreciate Amy’s help with scheduling changes . It was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Michael’s Flooring St Peter’s !

Excellent work by Dane in measuring and Henk in carpet removal and carpet installation. However, the communication is sadly lacking. The right hand doesn’t seem to know what the left hand is doing. Miscommunication or no communication. I was supposed to get a call back from one person. Never did. I emailed another person. Only heard back after I reached out via text. The folks are nice enough, but having to jump through hoops gets frustrating after awhile.

I appreciate that my experience at Michael’s has been with people who are thoughtful, listen, and provide options. The end result is what we wanted, but without the help of their team, we wouldn’t have had an outcome that is nearly as exciting! Thank you Michael’s Flooring team.

Michaels's Flooring has just been terribly. I have used them in the past and had a few issues. This time it has gone too far. I ordered flooring and the wrong vents were delivered. I did not know the wrong vents had been delivered until the very end of the job as we could not move our furniture back into the two rooms. The installers also just scrapped the paint off of the baseboards when removing them. I was told that the issue with the vents would be resolved the following Friday. Disappointed. Salesman wrote down wrong floor for bathroom. Let them put kitchen floor down and got right bathroom floor ordered. Took several weeks to get in. Set up appointment, had my worker take up toilet, but they never showed up. They didn't even bother to call. They kept putting me off like everyone else's floor was more important than mine. Finally got floor in, but nothing to compensate for my worker or tenant.
