They have really beautiful & upgraded carpeting to pick from. They answered every ? We had & didnt try to upswell us. It all came in very quickly & the installers did such a beautiful job. We look like a new house. This was our third time going through them & will always be our go to place.
They did such a good job on my carpet. I had a flood in the back part of my house so they put new carpet in. It looks like a brand new house.
Had 3 rooms and hall carpeted by Michaels - product was as-purchased / expected and the two-person crew was professional and did a fine job with the install. Sales process was very quick and hassle-free with good communication along the way. Would purchase from / install with Michaels again.
The folks I have dealt with, ***, ******* and the warehouse personnel have all been the greatest and go out of their way to help you and make sure you’re satisfied!

In filing a complaint with the BBB on Michaels, we were told that they could do nothing regarding it since the installation of flooring happened over a year ago.We can, however, leave a review. I would not use this company again in a million years. We bought both carpeting and laminate flooring from them in 2017 and spent upwards of $6,000. They installed both. *****, in sales was wonderful to work with. No problems at all. Pick up was quick and easy at warehouse even after terrible flooding a month ago....all cleaned up! Friendly folks.
