I am both pissed and embarrassed. I am writing the review that I wish existed before I did any business with Mike’s Auto. I wish I’d never heard of them. All I wanted to do was purchase a car and go about my business. At this point, I have a car that is undriveable, an outstanding car loan, AND a huge repair bill. Worst dealer in Orlando their sales department don’t have any idea how to deal with customers my husband is in a wheelchair and was very bad treated,he had attitude when asking we came back to speak to the manager and bought another car from another dealer who had the patience,manners and awesome customer service .Now my husband is buying my car you think we gonna go there I don’t think so. Train your sales people please.
I bought my BMW about two weeks ago from Michaels Auto. The experience was very pleasant, and the treatment was amazing. My seller, Sidney, was great , I drove about seven cars before i finally decided which car was the one I love the most, It was a little hard because they do have a very good selection on BMWs.
So many beautiful cars to choose from, I wish I could trade one in every 3 months! Great variety, prices, and best of all; customized financing options by one of the best in the industry.
