Horrible Experience at this place... I got into an Auto Accident where someone plowed into the back of my truck ripping off my Bumper and I was sent to this place for an estimate and repair. The adjuster ( who was a complete jerk ) gave me such a hard time !!! Told me that the bumper that was completely ripped off was a piece of shit and he wasn't fixing it going through my insurance !!! He told me I had to pay for it myself !!! Argued with me !!!! He was rude , and obnoxious !!! What is insurance for ????? Beware going here... read more
Getting into my first car accident was not ideal, but having the work done by Michael’s was! They were professional, friendly and the work done was flawless. They even detailed my entire car inside and out and made it look brand new. Thank you so so much for handling my car with great care! And thank you for the cookies on the seat, it was such a nice surprise.
Great experience! They arranged for my rental car to be there when I dropped my truck off. Finished the job in a timely manner and returned my truck cleaner than it was the day I got it. Highly recommend!
