Brought my car to Michaels after I was hit by a truck at a stop light. They made everything very easy for me. They had a rental car ready and waiting for me when I dropped my car off to be fixed. When my car was fixed all I had to do was hand them the keys to the rental, they handled the return, etc... The work they did on my car was excellent, you would never know it had ever been in an accident. As an added bonus (and something I was not expecting) they gave my car back to me fully detailed. I had the front end of my car all broken from an accident. When I picked my car up yesterday it looked brand new and the inside was impeccably clean. Everytime I use this auto body shop and it has been a few times 😂 I have to say I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they do. I live in Lynn and it is worth the trip to bring my car there. Thank you Michael’s Auto body for all the great work you do to make the car look brand new again. Excellent job 👍
If you’re looking for an auto body shop, look no further!! Not only did they repair the scratch on our car from a minor fender bender but they detailed our car and gave us a box of girl scout cookies!!!
I went to get my car's moon/sun roof replaced. When I got my car back I would have bet $$ that it wasn't mine that is how amazing it looked. They detailed the inside and out. My wheels and tires looked amazing. They went above and beyond! PLEASE take your car to these guys.... You will not find any place like this around and you will not be disappointed :)
I had the front right fender repaired a few years ago. They did a fantastic job, not only that my car was impeccably clean when I picked it up, it looked amazing!
