Excellent doctor. I know exactly what to expect before and after the surgery. I highly recommend if one has heart issues go to Dr.Woods or one of his associates.
I would NEVER recommend this doctor. UrgertCare referral dr. in needing prompt care for current Vertigo, past thyroid removal & subsequential medication monitoring as well as BP monitoring. Upon submitting the required list of medications I am on, (some additional meds for anxiety were not being sought, nor would be, as my CA. PCP was maintaining them while a psyciatrist here was being secured here , I was still refused service. Cried & begged that going without treatment would be dangerous. I recently had open heart surgery performed by Dr Wood and his associates at Mountain View Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery Associates. My recovery has been great and I thank God He led me to Dr Wood and his associates to do the surgery. It really is a medical miracle.
Dr. Wood was so caring and easy to talk to, he is very patient and thorough and answered all of my concerns , putting me at ease. I have already referred a friend..
I was referred to Dr. Wood by my pulmonologist to read a CT scan she had ordered. I found Dr. Wood to be very professional and easy to talk too. I would certainly visit him again if the need arises.
