I highly recommend Mr. Hart. Not only was he very professional, competent, kind, and patient in answering all of my most likely really dumb questions about a potential slope risk behind a new house I am considering purchasing, he was extremely honest and gave me great advice over the phone without attempting to force me into paying him for an inspection that would likely not have answered the questions I needed answered.
