Dr. Shepherd has been my PCP for 14 or 15 years. I truely believe he takes a personal interest in his patients and truely cares about what's in their best interest. His bed side manner is second to none. Very kind, never hurries, and always explains things well. Scale of 1 - 10 he gets 11.
Nothing but good things he got me on the right track from how I used to be to were I'm at today a better me with out a doubt he made me feel good about myself it was a long and hard process but with his help I'm still over coming my Optical but I still have a long way to go but I'm not worried anymore because I know I have the best friend anyone could ever have thank you. Dr. Shepherd has a great personality and is a highly qualified service provider. He is very thorough, and he truly cares about his patients! I have been seeing him for several years, and he is always encouraging me to better myself and make wise choices to enhance a healthy lifestyle! I really appreciate having him as my physician!
Dr Shepherd is thoughtful with his patient interaction. He listens and responds to questions with careful and studied attention. He has a vast reservoir of knowledge and experience that he draws on to best serve his patient. He is an excellent M.D and fine gentleman.
Completely ignored my daughter's report of rapidly declining vision, leaving her with a far more serious situation than she otherwise may have encountered. He barely acknowledged anything we were saying and was dismissive and rude.
