Dr. Chang was very friendly, professional, and felt like the doctor was sincerely interested in helping me with my pain. Dr. Chang's assistant, Esmeralda was very helpful and friendly. Appointment was given right away and very much appreciated how fast I was seen. Thank you!

I always feel comfortable and cared for when I visit Sonoran Spine in Tempe/Scottsdale, Arizona. The staff is prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Chang is always very personable to meet my needs and discuss any issues and/or problems, so as to address as my specific situation with great confidence and skill. I feel he is very truthful & honest and does the best he can to alleviate my pain, with the most appropriate intervention and least amount of discomfort. I would recommend him confidently to anyone.

Would definitely recommend Dr Crandall have been a patient for 15 years very knowledgeable and spends time as needed explaining procedures and treatment.
He is by far the best spinal surgeon I have ever had the pleasure of using for my back. I had 5 previous back surgeries (fusions), but Dr. Chang did my surgery (complete fusion--whole back) in less time and with no pain afterwards. I never even took one pain pill nor did I ask for one or get a scrip for one. He was great.
I've only talked to Dr Chang once and cannot say anything negative, the experience was positive
Dr. Crandall is an amazing doctor and surgeon who is always very personable during visits. I highly recommend him!
