Dr. Chang is the best surgeon for all things spine. He was wonderful explaining options and what each choice means long term. Excellent communication and great personality. I would trust him for any spine surgery.
Dr Chang was knowledgable and to the point, covering my condition and the ways to address it in easy to understand terms. He made me feel comfortable and I trust him to handle my health issues with my best interest in mind.

Dr. Chang previously did a four level fusion on my back. During this tough time of Covid, getting face-to-face time with your doctor for explanation and assistance on other issues means a lot. He takes the time to explain everything I need to know and I truly appreciate his kindness while doing so. I recommend him to anyone.

After years of conservative efforts to treat my spinal stenosis, nothing really worked and my condition was worsening. However, I had closed my mind against any open back surgery. But after consultation with Dr.. Crandall I felt totally confident that it was what I will do.. He explained everything so thoroughly and with such warmth and compassion that I was totally at ease and looking forward to hiss successful treatment. He is truly a fine clinician and a very nice person.
