Dr. Wiedmer performed total right hip replacement surgery to alleviate my severe osteoarthritis in May 2019. He and the Anniston medical team were simply OUTSTANDING! From pre-op consultation to readiness reviews, to surgery through post-op, I have been living a true miracle! I was walking within hours of surgery w a walker and then a day later with a cane. Dr Weidmer is the most caring and informative orthopedic. He sits and listens to you and he cares. He not one that wants to get you in the operating room and cut on you. I highly recommend him
Dr. Wiedmer spent more than adequate time explaining the results of my x-rays and the different treatment options. I thought I was well informed about my knees before my office visit with Dr. Wiedmer but before leaving his office I quickly realized how much my previous Orthopedic doctor had kept me in the dark about my bad my knees were.
