I'm editing my previous review. The original review stated that the reception and hygienist were fantastic and that is still true. However, I had to have a filling done to a back tooth. Since the filling, I cannot floss without the floss snagging the filling, and flossing causes tooth pain a couple months later. I've just left the office after being told it's "good enough" and that I should get a water flosser because there's nothing he can do to make it right. I will not be going back. I am writing this review of Dr. Michael Williams and his staff after recently reading the negative Google review by Kelly Schneiders. I came upon her review as I did a quick Google search for Dr. Williams telephone number considering I needed to make an unplanned appointment for a chipped tooth.
