Dr Heaphy and his nurse practitioner Nancy were kind caring añd professional they did a skin autopsy and me and other Doctors couldn't get me well but now I'm so thankful to west Ohio Dermotology for there help to recovery thanks so very much I give them a five star rating
Great experience, Doctor Heaphy really cares about people and knows what he is doing. Very precise and explains things very well. If you have anything suspicious appear, please make an appointment. Staff great.
I was refered to Dr. Hemphy by my family doctor for an open sore I have had for 9 years. On the initial visit he had a biopsy run and it was Basil Cell Skin Cancer. He made an appointment for me to remove it. 7 1/2 hours later I was cancer free and he done an excellent closure. I had a hole a 1/2 inch deep and about 2 1/2 inch in diameter. If you seen it now it has healed very well and not that noticeable. DR. Hemphy as some very skilled hands and a excellent doctor. I will recommend him to anyone.
My husband and I both have gotten surgery by Dr. Heaphy. We think he’s great, first my husband in October and me in May, 2019. We found the nurses to be caring. He has a sense of humor if you relax with him.
Terrible bedside manner, does not let patients give history or answer questions. Cuts his patients off....very disrespectful and uncaring.
Have been seeing Dr. Heaphy for almost 15 years and would recommend him to anyone that needs the dermatologist. Have had many procedures to remove skin cancers and have never had any problems with the scars or with the healing
Very knowledgable doctor and staff. I had suffered from a skin condition for several months and the treatment from my family doctor didn't help. Dr. Heaphy and his staff had me better within a week and completely healed in a few weeks.
Dr. Heaphy will not listen to your concern after surgery. the nurse that stich me up took less than 30 seconds so the wound looks bad and not healing correctly. He should finish the job not the nurse that wanted to get back on her phone. This is not a doctor that I would recommend.
Very knowledgable staff. Busy office but they all take the time to be courteous and helpful. Have always been happy with Dr. Heaphy and his staff for both my skin issues and that of both of my elderly parent.
