For what my medical issue is, both the Fellow doctor and the main doctor were amazing. Took the time, was patient, wasn't rushed, showed care and empathy, answered our questions and did so thoroughly, gave great insights and went above on explaining to us my condition and treatment options. Also they related to my experience from my past urologist at another hospital system who did not provide me care I needed and expected. That meant a lot.

Dr. Metro did reconstructive surgery on my bladder and ureter. I was very nervous about the surgery because another doctor had mistakenly severed my ureter. Dr. Metro was very professional, kind, and reassuring. He answered all of my questions and fears. He did a great job and even had specially trained nurses take care of me after surgery. I thank God for him everyday because I am doing fine.
