He is a wonderful cardiologist however the wait time was in excess of 1.5 hrs which is totally unacceptable. Staff kept putting people off. The sign over front desk says if you have to wait longer than 20 minutes let them know. They need to take sign down or go or it.
dr. love has provided me excellent care. no problem. staff has not been very responsive - i am really disappointed. i call and leave messages twice a day and am not called back. therefore, i have needs that are not being met. i am old and sick and ask for a little help but am not getting any. i don't know what to do. i like my care provider but his staff leaves a lot to be desired. i wonder if her knows...
Dr. Love is cardiologist for my dad, my husband and my brother. He is interested and takes time to sit down and talk with his patients. I hope he never retires!
One of most dedicated and caring Dr. with a great staff.
Good Doctor, but who has time to wait in the waiting room for two hours. Good grief. It would help if they called with a reminder time the day before and not tell you are next and it is not true. Very annoying experience.
Most compassionate dr we have ever known. Really, really cares about his patients, cries and laughs with them.
