My initial consultation lasted less than 2 minutes. There was absolutely no "side side manner" with him. I had to cancel my excision with the front office, and rescheduled. I arrived at my rescheduled appointment and there must have been miscommunication within the office, I arrived for what I thought was my (rescheduled) excision, the nurses thought it was my excision follow up. I didn't get my procedure done, VERY frustrating as I planned my work schedule around this. Staff are incompetent.
Dr. Hayes was patient and answered all my questions.
I had a great experience with him at Soderstrom in Davenport. It was my first time at that office and I was impressed by everyone there. All super nice people!
He did a great job I was in and out very painless!
He was great!!! I was happy with my visit with him and his staff.

Following up on a review I left on July 9, 2016, for Dr. Hayes of the Soderstrom Skin Institute, Peoria, Ill. I am upgrading my review score; following my disappointing visit with Dr. Hayes, Michelle, MPAS, PA-C, of Soderstrom Skin Institute, followed up with a phone call to me in October, 2016. Michelle was very compassionate and understanding about my medical issue and scheduled an appointment for me to come back in to see her within two weeks. I highly recommend Michelle.
Dr Hayes is now practicing at Soderstrom Skin Institute in Peoria, IL. The exam room had soiled, previously used gloves and gauze pads on the counter. Dr Hayes was only in the exam room 30 seconds, barely glanced at my rash and wrote a prescription for a medication I had indicated on the intake sheet that I had already tried with limited success. He seemed to be in a very big hurry. One positive note, the large gold chains the Dr wore looked real.
