Dr Hayes was knowledgeable and helpful on my visit with him. I would feel comfortable seeing him again. The appointment was easy to make and I was treated well once I was there by the staff.

The chairs in the room were COVERED with dead skin it was disgusting. In fact, there was dead skin covering the floor and everything else in the room. Overall I felt that the whole experience was unsanitary. Even the doctor had dead skin all over him.

What a complete waste of time and money! He misdiagnosed my husband, most likely because he spent a whole 2 minutes in our room with him. never asked once if we had any questions. then his staff gave us incorrect information at check out causing us to make a 2nd appointment. when we got to our 2nd appointment Dr. Hayes asked us why we were back. total nightmare.

I found Dr Hayes an excellent doctor. Professional but very friendly and easy to talk with.

NP and doctor did not agree. Never got a good treatment plan and NP "forgot" about the least painful option for my child until someone reminded her. Terrible.

I did not feel Dr. Hayes cared anything about my condition. It did not look bad that day but I was diagnosed with ocular rosacea which was debilitating at the time and he didn't seem to care. He didn't ask me any questions to try to dig deeper. He changed my medication and that was it. No consultation or information about what I could do to help my itchy eyelids. I've done investigation for myself.

Wow! What fantastic, efficient, and friendly staff! I was signed in immediately, moved to a room within a minute or two of checking in, and had a couple of moles deadened, snipped off, and cauterized, and was out of the office within 20 minutes! Super Job! ??

Knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. His nurse was also very good.

Hayes came in the room, asked no questions, looked at my skin and said we're doing a biopsy to the nurse, no explanation, no nothing, that was it!! After it was over, I was given a paper with instructions for taking care of the open wound!! I will not return to him!!
