I took a 83 y/o aunt for an annual exam/full body check. We had to wait 4 months for the appt. When we arrived at his office, there was a sign on the door that the office had moved - it was an 11 minute drive. We got to the new location and waited over an hour in the waiting room. If you choose to go here and deal with this 'Doctor', use your own judgement. He gives off huge USED car salesperson vibes. He attempted to pressure my wife into a chemical peel. He did not like the fact my wife wanted to talk to me before agreeing to it. He told her it was $250 and in a few minutes lowered the price to $200. Again, used car sales tactics. Dr. Gross has crossed over to the 'pretty spa' side of dermatology.... sad to say there was NO exam of my skin...just wanted to give me peels and injectables to 'look younger' and tooting cash discounts!If you want a DOCTOR, skip this practice!

Twice I scheduled an apt. With Janelle who is a great PA, but was not told they changed office locations. First Apt. I managed to track them down and kept apt. Second apt. was not told they moved to Va Beach from Chesapeake. Finally got a hold of billing dept. they told me they no longer had a office in Chesapeake. So I canceled apt. I had for that day and told I was never informed of changes. Been going there for about twenty Years. Will not go back. Very unproffessional!!!

Dr. Gross misdiagnosed a serious bacterial skin infection for hives. It took several appointments to properly diagnose my condition as a bacterial skin infection. I was seen by the practice for approximately 3 years, on a regular (often monthly) basis. Lindsay really helped me, but unfortunately she moved away in 2020. I have since moved on to be seen at a different practice. Aside from my positive experiences with Lindsay, my other experiences were overall, negative. I do not recommend this practice. His NP or PA treated a severe foot infection with great success. A podiatrist DID NOT treat this condition with any success at all. Thanks to this practice, the infection is healing and on the road to recovery. So thankful for the expertise at this practice.

I have been seeing Dr Gross for over 10 years and he's always taking the time to listen and advise on treatment options.

My son had infected and inflamed acne on his face and back. Dr. Gross immediately began aggressive treatment and his condition improved within a few days. We continue to treat with Dr. Gross and are so grateful for his attentiveness and expert medical care! Moreover, he made an anxious teenager feel relaxed and confident! We highly recommend Dr. Gross. I was referred to Dr.Gross by my physician due to an apparent unrecognizable bite on my arms (while appear like circular burn marks). In Oct 2017 I was seen by Dr.Gross' assistant, because he was out (which I didn't know). I was not provided information regarding my bumps then in Dec 2017 the reappeared. Dr. Gross did not present empathetic or wanted to hear my concerns. I do not think it is fair how Dr.Gross treats people who come to him for services.
