Dr. Grofik is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and has always been super patient with me. I have been going to his office for years and never had an unpleasant experience; quite the opposite. The staff are efficient and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Grofik’s office; they become like family.

I've gone to Dr. Grofik a couple of times now for my exam and glasses; he is a decent doctor. But working with the staff this time was the worst experience I have ever had in the 15 years or so I've had to wear glasses. Long story short, I cannot wear the $920.00 pair of glasses when working on the computer of which I do 8 hours a day. After returning a 3rd time to the office I was told I needed to purchase another pair of glasses just for computer work. He's the best! He's been my Dr. Since I was a youngin.
I chose another office close to me when I moved recently. The quality of the glasses were low compared to Dr Grofik's office. I sent two other acquaintances there that had been to other optometrists but could not successfully use their progressive lenses. They were able to use their new progressive lenses from Dr Grofik the first day. I'll refer everyone to him.
