Bringing all 4 of my kiddos anywhere especially to appointments usually gives me anxiety , but the staff made us feel so welcome yesterday ! My kids loved it & thank you for making them comfortable :)
Amazing place to take your children. My daughter was a year old when I took her for her first visit back in February and the visit was fabulous. We went yesterday at 17 months old and I was so nervous about how she was going to react to the dentist this time, but Dr. Von Gruben and his staff were amazing with her! My 10-year-old son chipped his front tooth while riding a scooter. Dr. Von Gruben and his entire staff were just phenomenal! My son loved it so much there that he said, "Oh, I have to leave? I don't want to. I want to stay!" And his tooth looks amazing! Thank you, Dr. Von Gruben, for running such a top-notch office!
I asked around for a Dentist who could easily work with a high maintenance kid that doesn't like to be touched, I didnt wanna traumatize my son with a bad experience of being rushed, fussed at, and held down by somenurse he didnt know so he could be rushed on for the next appointment. Dr Gruben is NOTHING like that. He talks to them, explains everything, takes it slow, offers positive rewards, and entertains them with tv's on the ceiling while they lay back. I wish this had been available when I was a kid, forget bippos!
My 2 year old saw Dr. Von Gruben and his staff today for his 1st dentist visit. They were SO amazing and made him so comfortable. Loved everyone!
