Waiting time is fine. Kids are entertained with fun toys in the waiting room. Staff is super friendly and VERY patient and understanding. They work with you when your kiddo freaks out. My daughter absolutely loves the machine afterwards. They give her a coin and she can get some little price. Von Gruben is always in a great mood, super friendly, sweet and QUICK. We will keep going back.
