Did you feel judged or criticized by this psychiatrist? Absolutely. They were extremely condescending and demeaning Did this psychiatrist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Was this psychiatrist late to your appointments? No, they were on time Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Has this psychiatrist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you feel safe in this psychiatrist's care? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat

Was this psychiatrist's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this psychiatrist promptly return your phone calls? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I liked Michael from the get-go and so did my therapist. I liked him because when he knew I was in class, he texted me to schedule my first appointment...who remembers and actually does that? Then, after my first appointment, my therapist said he called her and went over absolutely everything with her. She told me that's rare, that she was very pleased with how thorough he was, and that she'd be referring clients of hers to him in the future, if it were ok with him. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this psychiatrist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for
