I am alive because of this amazing surgeon, I was discharged by another hospital after they told me I was fine, thank God I persisted and ended up at Ascension in novi and into DR Jacobs care, he literally saved my life. And if that is not enough he is kind, professional and caring, he gave my wife his personal cell phone number! Who does things like that in these times when you can't even get someone to make you a sandwich without an attitude? Amazing man, I can't say enough!!
