Monica, his NP, explains in detail and is super patient. Her bedside manner is understanding and she listens to my situation.
Doc, his NP Monica (hoping i remembered), his Student PA Lane and of course the administrative assistant all completed the circle of care needed. Thank you!

Dr. Duval and his staff provided excellent medical assistance before, during and after two separate knee surgeries… Definitely recommend him. My two new knees have provided a new lease on life…
Everyone in his office is always so nice and helpful. He explained everything where you can understand.
There is a $40 charge if an appointment is not attended, however when the scheduling of patients is running more than an hour late shouldn’t the patient receive compensation in return? This seems to be the norm in healthcare but it doesn’t need to be this way. Front office needs to do a better job scheduling patients.
The one thing that stood out concerning my appointment was that I waited over an hour in the waiting room. The appt. was just a follow up so I wasn’t in the room long at all. I really like Dr. Duval and am very satisfied with his work. I just don’t like waiting so long.
