Dr was very thorough and clear about injury, processes, procedures and sketched out injury to provide clear understanding and treatment plan. Friendly and not rushed.
I work out of town and it’s very very difficult for me to make dr appointments with my schedule. The staff worked on squeezing me in right away when I explained to them my schedule dilemma and pain I was in.. I figured it wouldn’t be till the next 6weeks when I was back on days off to get seen!! The hole process is stream line so theirs no waiting for hrs to get waited on. The staff was very nice an helpful they didn’t hesitate to help are answer questions I had. Appointment was at 3:30 I had another appointment at 5:00 I didn’t see the doctor until 4:40. Upon learning this he quickly treated my issue, assured me I didn’t need surgery, and offered quick treatment promising me I would make my appointment. Which I did
Short waiting time and friendliness
I first saw Ms. Monica. She took the time to listen to my problem and help get to the issue. Then Dr. Duval came in briefly. Very nice doctors.

Monica, his NP, explains in detail and is super patient. Her bedside manner is understanding and she listens to my situation.
Doc, his NP Monica (hoping i remembered), his Student PA Lane and of course the administrative assistant all completed the circle of care needed. Thank you!
