Dr. Depenbusch and staff are excellent! Very helpful and knowledgeable.
I had cataracts that affected my ability to drive at night safely. Dr. Depenbusch performed lens replacement surgery on both eyes. The procedure is painless. I now have a crystal clear 20/20 vision. I no longer require prescription glasses any more, just cheaters to read very small font letters closely. I highly recommend you seeing Dr. Depenbusch should you have any eye problems especially if you have cataracts.
Patiently answered all of my concerns about my surgery
The most horrific, incompetent, careless and negligent doctor I had ever seen. He performed an unnecessary surgery and caused permanent damage to my eyes. I had to go to several other doctors to get help , but a lot of permanent damage was already done. Someone should close this conman's shop.
Office staff are horribly rude and unprofessional. Dr. is only interested in making money & does his best to up-sell his patients. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Never met a doc this incompetent. In my case, he did not know how ocular system works. He created a major life long issue for me.
Two of the staff are friendly, and one is unprofessional. But, these are peripheral matters. The doctor claims knowledge in areas where he has no training and skills. I also had a most horrible experience here. Major problems caused by his sheer incompetence and negligence. How I wish I had never visited this doctor.
What a great office. I needed to be seen asap because I had a contact lens stuck under my lid. I had called around and no one could see me. I called Arizona Eye Center and they got me in the same day. They informed me I might have to wait because they were squeezing me into their schedule which is understandable. Great care and great people.
I just scheduled my routine eye exam with Dr. Depenbusch for May. What a wonderful Doctor! His staff have all been so wonderful and friendly in helping me set up my appointment, explaining my financial responsibilities and definitely put my health first. I have been concerned for over a year after being told I was a Glaucoma suspect by a prior surgeon, and Dr. Depenbusch and his staff have given me great assurance that my health will be looked after.
