Love this location. Had a wonderful experience with Trina as I went to adjust my watch. Ben was also very nice to deal with while I found a bracelet I loved. These two were so thoughtful :)
I saved up to buy my very first tennis bracelet. It was supposed to be a special, timeless piece. When I purchased it, the assistant manager Benjamin reassured me that he never takes off his own jewellery and that this bracelet was durable. I trusted his word and bought it in good faith. My wife & I had an amazing experience with this location. The staff was absolutely excellent, the store looked great, and the manager, Heather, truly leads by example in terms of owning customer experiences.
