My wife & I had an amazing experience with this location. The staff was absolutely excellent, the store looked great, and the manager, Heather, truly leads by example in terms of owning customer experiences. Many times shopping for jewelry in the past, we've noticed that management moreorless spends the majority of their time in the back office or simply comes out to deal with perhaps escalations mainly; whereas here, it was refreshing to see a Manager so engaged and genuinely delighted to speak with her clientele. This is sincerely costume jewelry and I hate to post this, but it is hjust the honest truth. I had written a bad review a few months ago regarding a ring that was my grandmothers, which broke less than a year after purchasing. She is passing, and it was difficult but after some back and forth they finally agreed to fix the ring free of cost - which was so lovely I deleted my post!
