The worst experience I have ever had from a jewellers starting off with basically shaming the size of my hands as a women! The women severing me when she asked what am I looking for… I said hello I’m looking for a temporary engagement ring please nothing too expensive as iv put some weight on in my hands she said “show me” and she was like “oh no ahhh” we don’t stock anything in that size, I said I know that’s fine she’s like oh that will be an 8 week wait to make specifically for that size. I visited this store to get a broken earring back replaced under warranty. I was turned away and told to try another store. Extremely disappointing .

Her expertise and care in helping me choose the perfect Valentine's Day gift were truly appreciated. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and always smiling. Not only did she give a generous offer on my purchase but a $75 voucher was the icing on the cake, and I left feeling valued and appreciated.
