Honestly shocked at how rude and abrupt the service is here. The older European lady at the store needs a lesson on basic customer service and the manager isn’t much better. Would highly recommend avoiding the store and going to one of the many other jewellers at Garden City. Regret making a purchase here in the first place and having to return to the store for a warranty claim.
Had a great experience here. Bea was very helpful, knowledgeable, and provided an overall easy experience.
Staff was friendly and keen to get us a good deal. The ring was read quickly. Really good experience.
If you have a life guarantee clean on your rings be careful here, they will try everything to don’t get it done. Is the second time I come here and they invent a different problem, then I will go to any other Michael Hill and don’t have problems. I am very upset and disappointed that I come here for nothing. Is so unrespectful to peoples time!!!!
