I wouldn’t buy from this place!y partner spent $1700 on diamond earring and after wearing them for less than 3 weeks the backs started to break off. I took them back and the lady told me that this happened to someone else a few weeks ago so it’s not the first time it happened. They wouldn’t replace them but wanted me to purchase new ones becuase my earring were 5 days over 30 day warranty ( mind you, it was a Xmas present so I only wore them for max 3 weeks). I was so happy with the service at Michael Hill Blacktown! I was after a very specific ring 1.5 carat marquise cut diamond, which wasn’t available in-store or online. Kinal, the manager, along with the amazing team, went above and beyond to make it happen by placing a special order for me. They truly listened, were so kind and patient throughout the whole process, and made me feel completely looked after. Couldn’t recommend this store more highly, thank you Kinal!
