Except for the wait time, everything was professional and spot on.
Dr. Kogan repaired my rotator cuff three years ago with excellent results. Most recently he did a total knee replacement with the same excellent results. He has also performed surgery on two family members with the same excellent results. I highly recommend Dr. Kogan.
