Doctor Kogan is very thorough and explains everything. Office staff is extremely nice and accommodating.
The staff is so welcome and warming in professional. The doctor is section right Godsend to me. And if I have to wait which I didn’t, this time is worth it. People who are excellent at what they do , to me, are worth the wait. I am so grateful that these people have still stayed with their profession, considering what their profession went through the last couple years maybe get continued blessings for themselves and their patients.
Dr. Logan was excellent. He was friendly and put me at ease. He showed me the x_ray of my knees and set up a treatment plan foe me. He listened to what I said and answered all my questions. He did not rush. I definitely will recommend him to any of my family and friends who need an orthopedic doctor. He cares about his patients.
Dr Kogan is everything we were praying for. He evaluated situation, & treatment plan began immediately. Two steroid injections, followed with order for MRI. Staff made an appointment for next day at their location in Elgin. First visit was Wednesday, MRI Thursday, return appt Monday....now that's the highest form of efficiency & competence we have ever experienced!
I would definitely recommend using Dr Kogan for your orthopedic needs
Everything fine, dr. Logan was very thorough and friendly. Only downside was I waited almost 2 hours after I checked in. The receptionist told me to call ahead and they’ll let you know if he’s behind.
Came in to see Dr. Kogan for a knee problem. He reviewed my issues and explained my issues in a way that were both understandable and educational. He answered all my questions and provided options. I would certainly recommend Dr. Kogan to my friends.
