Understand what’s to done
On time! Staff, nurse, PA Forest and Dr. Russell were fantastic. Explained everything very thoroughly to me and now I know what my options are.
I felt good about my visit Even though I have a speech issue when confronted a person with higher power or knowledge able, Doctor came in asked a series of questions, he had a copy of the X-ray taken he showed me the issue and what he wanted me to do, the nurse supposed to schedule me an appointment to the office in Tyler. Waiting for the call
Dr. Russell was arrogant and rude completely dismissive and uncaring. I regret having wasted time in his presence.
Developed progressively increasing lower back pain over the last 6 years. Tried chiropractors, OTC medications, opioids, and steroid shot. Pain only got worse. Decided I had to try surgery about four months ago. Results have been spectacular!!! In an hour-and-a-half surgery, I went from being in pain doing almost anything to virtually pain free when I stood up and walked about an hour after the surgery. Excellent. Check in very easy. Short wait to see Dr Russell. Dr Russell is so easy to understand & makes sure you understand your medical issue & how to treat it. Will always sing Dr Russell’s praises to friends needing Orthopedic help.
Always exceptional customer service from the front desk to the appointment with the doctor. I appreciate each of them. It's my second time around over four years apart with back issues and I wouldn't want to change doctors or any other clinic other. I personally have had wonderful care.
Dr Russell is very good.
He's a good surgeon, I think, I hope.
