I wish I could speak English more fluently to better explain my personal experience. You don't need a circus when you are feeling bad. You need people who know what they are doing without unnecessary extras. Dr. Christo and his entired group helped me like nobody else. As we all know everything in life starts or ends with good or bad feelings and when we are at our lowest it is very hard to trust or believe. Thank you from all from my heart!
Changed my diagnosis without ever discussing it with me; never responded to any calls; not responsive in a professional capacity or as a fellow human being; not compassionate. Would never recommend him to even my worst enemy.
Zero bedside manner. Doesn't get to know you on personal level or make any effort to appear to do so.
I feel so sorry for anyone that has a true mental illness and has to deal with this lack of concern and horrible communication. He is not in the right field considering how he does not show one sign of empathy. It's almost like talking to a robot. And when trying to communicate with him using MyChart he will not respond, period. You can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone and when they do you're sent to a voicemail line and you MIGHT get a call back the next day. Horrible experience
If there was a lower rating than poor I would give it! I have seen Dr. Christo for over a year seen him about 6 times. He is the impersonable provider I have EVER seen. He must have gone into the medical field for monetary reasons because he certainly does not genuinely care for his patients! I would strongly encourage patients to avoid him and the NHPA office! I'm not hard to please and a very amicable person but my experience from beginning to end was beyond horrible and ridiculous.
