Only complaint was the wait (45 mins.), but once Dr. Willis was with us service and care was great. MY daughter was very nervous about getting her cavity filled, but staff made her feel comfortable and safe.

The office staff were polite and helpful. Hygienists were professional and friendly. Doctors were knowledgeable. The visits were quick with no wait time. Great idea to play a video for the kids. They enjoyed that! A very enjoyable experience!
It was really easy to get an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and really knew my insurance! My hygienist Shirley was informative and gave me great pointers! Dr. Fernandez was a breeze! Thorough and to the point, my favorite! (since I am not a fan of the dentist) And the assistant that did my xrays was the best! I have a really small mouth and it is usually painful to take those small xrays, but she did a really good job!
Even though I had scheduled only a routine cleaning, Dr. Taylor took a new problem very seriously and fit me into his busy schedule to fix my tooth. For over 15 years, I have depended on Dr. Taylor to provide outstanding dental services.
Great experience as always.
Tonia, the hygienist was delightful - friendly, caring and very efficient. She explained what she was doing as she performed the neck and jaw exam., examined the teeth and gums and did the cleaning.
Real professionalism and kindness all around.
