I came in as a new patient, for an emergency procedure. The entire staff is top notch. They were quick to accommodate me, they were polite, and they were professional.
Things were very well explained as to the process that was taking place today. The hygienist was friendly and made me fill at ease as well as explained the options I had though out the visit. The billing process was confusing but I'm sure our questions will be answered in the near future.
This Dentist was recommended to me by 2 ladies that I work with (that I trust). Both of them were impressed by this Dentist and by his Office Staff. I had to make an emergency visit due to a severe problem with one of my teeth. The Dentist, and his staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Taylor took my concerns very seriously and spent a lot of time fixing my problem. It is wonderful to have a dentist I trust and can rely on to care for my teeth. The staff was quick to call and offer me an earlier appointment when they had a cancellation.
I felt very comfortable while being there. The only thing I feel could be improved is to make sure everyone is on the same page. I was told one price and charged a different. That was a little upsetting. However, overall it was a pleasant experience.
I was a new patent at this office and I felt informed and was greeted courteously. Everyone in the office was so nice and I felt at home here. Wonderful experience.

I have been with Dr. Fernandez since he started here. He is a very personable, knowledgeable dentist that has a special caring for each individual. His staff are wonderful and they are a joy to speak and visit with. I recommend this practice most highly!
