Dr hsu was easy to talk to and very clear on what to expect from my gal bladder surgery. He did a great job and left me with almost unnoticeable scars from the incisions. Excellent doctor.
I recently had my gallbladder removed by Dr. Hsu. EVERYTHING about the surgery was perfect, from his office staff, his ability to answer questions without rushing to see the next patient, to his surgical skills. I very highly recommend Dr. Hsu to anyone needing his service.
I needed hernia repair and Dr. Hsu told me that from my CAT scan, I had two hernias and he could repair them both at the same time. I had my surgery December 2 with Dr. Hsu. I saw him today for my post surgery check. I was pleased to hear that I was healing well. Dr. Hsu is an excellent surgeon with a good bedside manner. He is very thorough and explains things to his patients in terms that they can understand. If I ever need surgery again, I will definitely go to him.
Dr Hsu did excellent on my Hernia surgery. He communicated clearly with me in the pre office visit, before the surgery and after, and at the post operation appointment 3 weeks after the surgery. They were very flexible with scheduling the operation at the hospital. I feel very good about the surgery.
I’ve had gallbladder problems since 2013 & increasing problems over the past year. I was miserable...pain & attacks, diarrhea, bloating, etc.; I’d avoided getting it removed due to being afraid of the surgery. My personal care provider (Dr. Gibson!) referred me to Dr. Hsu for a consult, stating he was highly recommended. Dr. Hsu was amazing, answering all my questions & I felt very comfortable immediately. Dr Hsu is an excellent physician. Very knowledgeable, explains in detail, caring and wonderful bedside manner. Best physician in St. Augustine.
Dr. Hsu is a very caring & sincerly wants to help his patients, not just there for the money like many Drs. He is good at what he does surgery but prefers to help get people well by other less invasive means.
I HAD A LARGE SECTION REMOVED OFF OF MY LEFT ARM. THE GROWTH HAS COME BACK TO THE PINT THAT IT WAS VERY CONCERNING. I CALLED ON A SUNDAY SO SOMEONE WOULD CALL ME FIRST MONDAY SO I COULD GET AN APPOINTMENT ASAP. I WAS TOLD I COULD DRIVE TO PALTAKA ON THURSDAY OR COME INTO THE ST AUGUSTINE OFFICE FRIDAY AT 10:30.
