Very professional, explained procedure in detail. Recovery time explained and what to expect regarding discomfort level. Extensive information about how the surgery was going to be performed, what to do regarding lead up to the date and dietary protocol after. Surgical prep team also very good, reassuring and careing. Dr. Hsu went above and beyond for me in my time of need. I developed an appendicitis on a Saturday evening and had to go to the emergency room. Upon him getting the call that I had a confirmed case of appendicitis he immediately called the OR team in and I was brought up to the Operating Room about 30 minutes later and he was there waiting for me. Phenomenal doctor. Great beside manner. Discusses everything with you before and after surgery. Highly recommend Dr. Hsu and his office staff.
Dr.hsu has great patient interaction really makes you feel comfortable. He goes into detail to explain your procedure so you know whats coming.
He did not address the issues that My Schizophenic daughter had. His bedside manner is horrible. Will not return calls or react to crisis situations.
Dr Hsu performed my first ever operation to fix my hernia. Throughout the ordeal I felt comfortable and at ease due in large measure to Dr. Hsu taking the time to explain step by step the procedure with a friendly and methodical approach . I left the hospital with minimal pain and I had a terrific recovery. Dr Hsu exudes confidence , experience , and warmth . Thank you Dr Hsu !
Dr. Hsu and his staff are wonderful. I recently had surgery and Dr. Hsu is an experienced surgeon. He explained the procedure and my healing went well. If I ever need a surgeon again I would call Dr. Chu. All in all a very wonderful and positive experience
