0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend The body shop is a no from me. Will never recommend anyone take their vehicle there. 1 Star : Repair Quality Communication was horrible and the work is sub par. Paint is orange peeled. 1 Star : Customer Service Communication was horrible and I basically had to throw a tantrum to even get 10% of the communication that was promised in the beginning. Truck was there for 5 weeks, and I contacted John rather than him contacting me for the first 4 weeks.
