Every time I called to ask they said it would be ready within the next two days and if it wasn’t they would give me a call. Long story short I never got a call and this happened 2-3 times. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me they would have him call me back - you guess it, he never called. Would never recommend. 0.5 Star : Customer Service

5 Star : My Experience Very pleased with the service from Missy and Kevin. Both responded promptly and professionally to all of our questions. Especially appreciated the texts that kept us apprised of our repairs. We have had other Nationwide collision shops and this by far was our best experience.
