2 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality My vehicle was at your dealership for over 10 days before it was even diagnosed and then not repaired because they needed to order parts. This was after it was in the body shop for over a month after an accident. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Took over a week before I heard that the car was just been being diagnosed. From what I understand, they couldn’t diagnose the car when they finally got to it which added to the time I was without a vehicle. No loaner was offered.
