TLDR: Awesome apartment location that is so poorly managed and maintained that it is a terrible place to live for any price. I mean any price. -Pictures attached are of holes in the apartment walls during summer. Pros: -Fantastic location. Right behind a school and a church. One block from UAB, and a 5 minute drive to downtown or five points. -Historical division of town. Very earthy, plenty of trees, foiage, and plants to keep you busy during a walk.
