They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I have never been more dis-appointed in Watson Clinic/ Dr. Hutto's actions as I was last week. I tried to make my daughter an appointment with Dr. Hutto since Dr. Eanett was out. I was asked what was wrong and I shared that with the nurse and was told she does need to me seen. I asked if we could come in the following day and was told the would have to ask Dr. Hutto if they could book the appointment since normally you would have to call in the mornings to get an appointment for that day.
