Worse customer service with the finance manager,if that what he called himself. Went in for no a.c. service and had bumper to bumper warranty, purchased my 2016 Malibu only 2 months ago and was told my a.c. condenser has a hole,and because it was an "outside influences" I qoute.... They did not want to cover it smh.. Talked with what he called himself a manager, Art Markraian rude as heck! Told me he will be more then happy to cancel my service.. Never Again will I return even with my free oil changes, I rather pay for them.... read more
There's never a need to relay to a customer that your boss said some "expletives" towards them because they complained about your poor customer service and then continue to state alternative facts!!! Don't judge a customer based on their ethnic background and decide wether you want to be respectful or not. Just a reminder to the old guy "Jeremiah" and his manager at Michael's Automotive... be kind and humble... last time I checked caskets came in one size fits all!
Great and friendly place to go. I will go back and buy another car there anytime..
