Worst possible customer ever dealing with warranty my warranty company says things are covered & Michael Automotive was even trying to charge me for estimates when everything is covered by warranty bunch of crooks in the service department
Best experience buying a car by far. Thomas' positive attitude made all the difference. I check out a car but was still looking. He wasn't pushy & let me look around other lots. When I came back I felt like i did enough research to this was the best deal. Wonderful costumer service.... They didn't make me feel like they were getting over on me. I'd recommend this lot to anybody

Left after a cabin filter and oil change only to hear my dash rattling when I left. Checked the cabin filter and they didn't tighten the cap back on it causing the rattling noise on the dash. Cost was $60 for a $6 change out. Way over priced for the cabin filter. However was my last oil change with them. Don't now if I will go back to them for general work.
Sad this is the last freebie oil change. 😩 But will continue the service every 6000 miles. I hope they send Reminders.
Do yourselves a favor, avoid this establishment, they are con men. Sold me a car that died the very next day, tried to get service from them on 2 occasions and they try to rip you off. The other Toyota dealers are much more competent. These assholes are stuck with sticks up their asses.
